Lindsay Lohan’s moment of truth has been set down for next week, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The troubled starlet, who is facing the possibility of return trip to jail after returning a failed drug test, has been ordered to face Judge Elden Fox in a specially convened court hearing.

"Lindsay will be required to attend the probation violation hearing, which will most likely take place next week,” said a source, with knowledge of the situation.

“Lindsay's lawyer will make a plea to Judge Fox and explain the reason for the failed drug test.”

The source added, “Lindsay could be facing minimum 30 days in county jail and if there were subsequent positive tests, Lindsay could be facing 30 days for each of those potentially positive tests."

Just three weeks after getting out of rehab, Lohan returned a dirty test, reportedly for cocaine, despite her emphatic denials.

Judge Fox followed Lohan’s doctor's advice and agreed to let her out of court-ordered rehab early.

“Judge Fox will most likely want to hear from Lindsay herself as to an explanation for the positive drug test,” said the source.
