EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Hit-And-Run Witness: ‘It’s Possible She Was On Drugs!”

In early September Lindsay Lohan was fingered in a hit-and-run when her Maserati was spotted clipping a baby stroller as a woman crossed the street, and now the eyewitness tells RadarOnline.com he wouldn’t be surprised if she were on drugs during the incident.

“It doesn’t surprise me she failed a drug test,” hit-and-run witness Brayan Jaime told RadarOnline.com Friday afternoon.

“From the way she was driving the day I saw her hit the woman with the stroller, it’s definitely possible she was on drugs! Maybe that’s why she sped off so quickly.”

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Lohan was identified by Jaime as the driver that hit a stroller after speeding out of her West Hollywood neighborhood, failing to look both ways before making a turn.

“I’m 100 per cent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes,” Jaime told RadarOnline.com at the time of the incident.
