Reality television bad boy Jason Wahler has falled off the wagon after a stint in Celebrity Rehab, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Things were going so well for Jason until last week," said a source, close to the former Laguna Beach star.

Last week, Wahler was photographed at Hollywood hot spots Boa and Katsuya.

"He went out three nights in a row last week," added the source.

"At one stage last week, Jason pleaded to move in with a close friend at her Los Angeles home, who also went through Dr. Drew's television rehab.

EXCLUSIVE: Jason Wahler Back In Jail Again

Wahler entered Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab 4 after being arrested three times this year alone.

In March, the Hills and Lauguna Beach alum was cuffed in Mexico after a bar fight. Later that same month, he was booked for an alleged DUI.

In June, he was arrested after he allegedly hit a woman after an argument.

At the time, Wahler claimed he was returning to rehab to sort out his life, once and for all.

"I never want to drink again," he said.

"God did that to me, so maybe I would be at rock bottom and want to climb my way to the top."

Said RadarOnline.com source: "Celebrity Rehab was Jason's eighth time in rehab and as his friends, we're all hoping he realizes there has to be a ninth time."
