Sandra Bullock returned to the spotlight at the Teen Choice 2010 awards - and RadarOnline.com has all the photos from inside the big event!

Bullock went for the casual look, wearing a gray t-shirt, as she claimed the Choice Movie Actress for her role in The Blind Side.

While the event doesn't air on FOX until Monday, Twitter-addicted stars are leaking out the goss about who is winning what -- and we have all the dish!

The word from inside the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, is that other winners of the evening include newlywed Megan Fox and Twilight star Taylor Lautner, who won the Choice Hotties awards.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians was also Choice Reality Show and Choice Female Reality Stars Kourtney, Khloé and Kim Kardashian were on hand to accept the gong.

Tweeted Kim: "So much fun at the Teen Choice Awards tonight! I told Megan Fox she is the most gorgeous woman alive."

In the Choice TV Actress category, the surfboard went to Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester, who beat out co-star Blake Lively, One Tree Hill's Sophia Bush, House's Olivia Wilde and The Secret Life of the American Teenager's Shailene Woodley.

Co-star Chace Crawford picked up the Choice Drama TV Actor award.
