PHOTOS: Katy Perry Makes A Splash In NYC

Katy Perry made a surprise appearance at one of Manhattan's hottest gay bars, Splash, Friday night and you can see all the action here on RadarOnline.com.

Katy is promoting her new CD, Teenage Dream, and looked the part in a very colorful skin-tight bandage dress.

She performed three songs from a balcony overlooking the overwhelmed crowd.  The guys were on their feet through the entire mini-concert.
