Spencer Pratt looked unkempt and scruffy as ever, spotted at Malibu's Becker surf shop on his 27th birthday Saturday, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.
Pratt showed off his wild and furry beard in a dark ensemble of a black T-shirt that read, "Save The World," and grey cargo pants.
The fame-hungry reality TV star took jabs at a few names in the headlines over Twitter Sunday, including Levi Johnston.

Pratt Tweeted he was "seriously considering a run for mayor of Wasilla, AK. Apparently the only prereq is being a douche-bag."
He also showed no love to Lawrence Fishburne's daughter Montana, who recently made headlines for making a sex tape in order to become famous. Pratt questioned when did porn stars become "role models."
