When they weren’t on-stage collecting surfboards, the stars at the Teen Choice Awards were getting gifted – and giving – backstage at the MOROCCANOIL celebrity retreat by Backstage Creations.

Twilight’s Ashley Greene made a bee-line for the Moroccanoil display where she loaded up on the new light hair oil and cast her vote for Much Love Animal Rescue.  The LA based charity will receive a portion of a ten thousand dollar contribution from MoroccanOil. Farm Sanctuary and The World Wildlife Fund will also share in the cash donation thanks to votes from stars like Katy Perry, Russell Brand and Chace Crawford.

Hello Kitty by Sanrio went all out for super-fan and Teen Choice Awards host Katy Perry. The singer – known for her adoration of all things Kitty - was treated to a surprise when she entered her dressing room on show morning to find it made over into a Hello Kitty Fantasy Land.  She tweeted a photo within minutes and said “Hello Kitty threw up in my dressing room @ the TCA'S”

RadarOnline.com blogger Jason Derulo stopped by the Mastermind table to test his skills.  The What Cha Say singer loved the game and said he REALLY loved knowing that games would be donated to City of Hope's children's hospital for each star that played.
