Judge Sets Terms For Lindsay's Freedom - No Drugs Or Alcohol, Lots Of Meetings

Lindsay Lohan is free and on Wednesday in Beverly Hills court a judge told her the price of that freedom.

No drugs, no alcohol and lots of meetings are in Lindsay’s immediate future, per Judge Elden Fox’s ruling.

RadarOnline.com was in the courtroom as the judge set the terms of Lindsay’s freedom and dismissed her prior cocaine charges.

Lindsay must attend five AA meetings a week, will participate with a mental health professional several times a week and must reside in California until November 1.

She also must take random drug and alcohol tests and least twice a week.

Failure to abide by these terms can result in 30 days in county jail for each violation.

Lindsay was not in court Wednesday. As RadarOnline.com was first to report, she was released Tuesday from in-patient rehab at UCLA. She spent only 22  days in treatment after being ordered to a 90-day stay.  According to her lawyer, she will not be attending the Machete premiere this evening and taking her sobriety very seriously.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay’s attorney told RadarOnline.com at the courthouse: “She’s very serious about her sobriety.”

If Lindsay follows the judge’s orders she may be allowed to reside outside California after November 1.
