Nominated for her guest spot on Glee, blonde bombshell Kristin Chenoweth dished on working on an upcoming project with funny-lady Betty White, who beat her out for the “Guest Actress in a Comedy Series” awards.

‘It was the best because I got to spend 30 minutes alone with her one day and got to see what a pro, a real lady is like,” said Chenoweth praising Betty White.

Mike O’Mally, also nominated for his guest role on Glee, joked that he’s hoping for a solo or two on the musical comedy next season. In the spirit of the upcoming Britney Spears tribute episode, the talented actor joked he’d love to sing one of the blonde pop star’s song.

“I’m lobbying for a song…Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen… Oops I Did it Again! – I’d sing that!”

Dancing With The Stars favorites Derek Hough & Chelsie Hightower also strutted down the carpet. Both dancers were nominated for their choreography work on the hit ABC show. While Chelsie Hightower revealed she’d loved to be paired with Landon Donovan or Justin Timberlake in the upcoming season, Derek was slightly more open-minded in terms of his future partner.

“Whoever I get, that’s who I want.  That’s who I’m going to be with for the next 15 weeks… that’s who I’m going to grow with and have this journey with,” said Hough.

Disney stars galore attended the star-studded ceremony, too. Chelsea Staub, who co-stars with The Jonas Brothers on their hit show, J.O.N.A.S, expressed her excitement for even garnering a nomination after just ONE season.

“Being on a show on the Disney Channel, I’m already so grateful – when we go the call that we were nominated for an Emmy, it was like ‘WHAT!’”

Jason Earles, who plays Miley Cyrus’ brother on Hannah Montana wasn’t too certain the show would be winning the Emmy for Best Children’s Program this year, but believes it’ll happen for the cast & crew next year. The funny-man actor also described his relationship with Cyrus as ‘love/hate’ both on & off the small screen.

“The chances slim to none. Next year is the year because next year will be the last year that were nominated and I think that it’ll be like one of those lifetime achievement awards and we’ll finally win,’ quipped Earles.
