It’ll be Starry, Starry Night at the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards and RadarOnline.com takes you inside television’s biggest -- and most magical -- night. Get a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at the massive main stage, who is sitting next to whom, and the biggest after-party of the year.

On Sunday night, there will be some major A-list elbow-rubbing: Tina Fey will be sitting next to Hugh Laurie, and the True Blood cast gets their own section to the right of the stage with places set for Stephen Moyer, his new wife Anna Paquin and Alexander Skarsgaard. The Office’s Steve Carell gets to rub elbows with Neil Patrick Harris and Mariska Hargitay and just behind them -- Kyra Sedgwick, Joel McHale and Dexter himself Michael C. Hall. Also taking over the front row — Glee’s Matthew Morrison will be next to Betty White and just a few more seats down will be Mad Men’s Jon Hamm and January Jones, Julie Bowen, and Juliana Margulies. Just behind them will be Eva Longoria-Parker and Matthew Perry.

Across the street, the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center will be transformed into a slice of celestial heaven for the Governors Ball, where 3,600 VIPs will flock to for the night’s most popular after-party celebration (and the largest sit-down dinner in the United States held on an annual basis.)

Guests will enter “Big Sky Country” with a 60-foot-wide elevated circular dance floor and revolving orchestra platform (with 30 musicians) and a giant six-foot spotlight-lit mirror ball suspended over the center of the room. And for a few thousands touches of sparkle, 3,000 tiny mirror balls hang from the ceiling, creating a Milky Way across the ballroom sky. The Zodiac-theme continues with astrological signs displayed throughout the room (and printed programs even feature birthdates and astrological signs for all Emmy Award nominees, complete with pithy synopses of personality traits associated with each sign.)

Patina’s Executive Chef Alec Lestr put together the menu featuring fresh summer ingredients, starting off with a vegetable salad, rack of lamb with vegetables and roasted potatoes, and ending with a dark chocolate decadence Duncan Hines fudge brownie.

To satisfy that sweet tooth, Duncan Hines is the official dessert sponsor showcasing 14,000 turtle brownies and brown butter toffee blondies in 3,600 zodiac-themed keepsake boxes created by Patina Executive Pastry Chef Philippe Muze.

As the official spirit sponsor, Grey Goose will also be creating a special cocktail concoction appropriately called “The Emmy” martini. (Doing an Emmy party at home? Make “The Emmy” by mixing 2 parts Grey Goose L’Orange vodka with 1 part peach brandy, 1 part fresh lime juice, 2 dashes peach bitters, 1/2 part simple syrup, and 1 peach slice for garnish!)

Each table will also be decked out with towers of signature floral creations by LA Premier Floral Event Design’s Kevin Lee (he also did Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s wedding!)-- including a whopping 5,000 white calla lilies, 20,000 white roses, and 50,000 carnations.
