EXCLUSIVE: Studio Hopeful Final Twilight Film Won't Be Delayed Despite Local Violence

He plays a blood sucking vampire in the Twilight movies, but filming the latest installment may prove too dangerous even for Robert Pattinson. RadarOnline.com has learned that while the cast has been waiting to sink their teeth into the final movie, the unsafe location may delay or even cancel some of the shooting.

Pattinson, along with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were due to start filming The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn - Part 2 in Brazil within the next few weeks.
But due to last week's violence in Rio De Janeiro where 35 civilians were taken hostage and one killed, police reportedly are urging Summit Entertainment to rethink their schedule.
But when asked about the dangers, a spokesman for the film company dodged the bullet.
"The possibility of filming portions of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN in Brazil has always been under consideration and we are continuing to scout locations within the country.”
