Judge Marsha Revel recused herself from the case after prosecutor Danette Meyers objected to not being included in several matters involving the case.

Lindsay has been at UCLA Medical Center since she was released from jail slightly more than two weeks ago. Holley told RadarOnline.com on Wednesday: "Ms. Lohan looks very good. She looks healthy. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility."

Lohan was ordered by Judge Revel to stay in rehab for 90 days, and abstain from all alcohol consumption, and to be randomly drug tested for the next year. Judge Fox has handled high-profile cases, including Lane Garrison's vehicular manslaughter case and Winona Ryder's shoplifting trial. He is respected in the legal community for being extremely fair, and not swayed by celebrity status.
