Gwen Stefani, with sons Kingston and Zuma, did some serious Fourth of July shopping at a party store Sunday afternoon.

With a helping hand from a nanny, Gwen juggled her two adorable sons and more than a dozen over-sized balloons.

"She was laughing as she approached her car, trying to figure out how she was going to get all the balloons in," an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.
