Heidi Montag Files For Divorce From Spencer Pratt

Heidi Montag filed paperwork to divorce Spencer Pratt on Friday at a Santa Monica, California Superior Court.
The on-again-off-again reality-TV couple has been separated for a couple months, and RadarOnline.com learned the duo would like the divorce settled as soon as possible.
“The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement,” Montag’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell told People.
“Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.”
Montag filed for legal separation from Pratt on June 8 at the Santa Monica court citing irreconcilable differences in her petition.
The former Hills stars got married in front of 200 guests at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calilfornia on Saturday, April 25, 2009.
