Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman tells neighbors in the upscale community of Rancho Palos Verdes that he thinks about his murdered wife every day, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

“He talks to me about how much he misses his wife,” neighbor Lori Wheeler tells RadarOnline.com. It’s the first time we’ve heard about the heartbreak from the former Pimp My Ride producer, who has a warrant for his arrest in Mexico for the brutal murder of his wife Monica.

Bruce left Cancun against the request of Mexican authorities about a month ago and has been living in his family home near Los Angeles taking care of his two young children: Camila, 5, and Alec, 3.

Lori tells RadarOnline.com, “I don’t think he walks around with a smile on his face all the time, he’s just trying to spend as much time with his kids as possible.”

The 38-year-old has gone about his day-to-day activities since returning to Southern California. He hasn’t said a word to the press about the case, except for releasing a statement declaring, “I am innocent.”

Lori’s daughter Shannon has also had conversations with Bruce. “Normal activities that he and his family used to do together like watching the kids play in the backyard and walking the dog, she’s (Monica) not there. It hurts and he doesn’t know how to deal with it. It’s just hard for him to go through the day without thinking about her.”

The Wheelers say the whole neighborhood supports Bruce, and Shannon says, “I think he does a good job of taking care of the kids and distracting them from their mom being gone. He’s a good father—regardless of all that’s going on; he’s taking care of them.”
