While Henderson Police would not comment on the investigation, Blasberg said, “As the investigation unfolds there might be issues of liability.

“If there is liability someone has to pay for her death and I don’t mean in dollars and cents alone.”

Blasberg says authorities will meet with the family and their attorneys to release their findings concerning the sudden death of the 25-year-old who had no history of health problems or drug use.

“Erica had no health problems," he father told RadarOnline.com. "She had some bronchitis during the year and an ankle problem. From time to time she had some sleeping issues and anxiety issues, but nothing she was treated for. She wasn’t under care for any of this.”

Blasberg added, “25 year-olds just don’t die...I believe the investigation will show that Erica should not have died.”
