Tori Spelling said her skinny physique, often the talk of blog and tabloids, is not the result of any type of eating disorder, but rather from a variety of ailments ranging from swine flu to stomach pain to frequent migraines, and RadarOnline.com has the scoop for you.

The 90210 alum details her bad health in her new book, Uncharted TerriTORI.

"I've never had a great stomach, but being sick just completely tore up my stomach and broke down my immune system, and I've basically just been a mess ever since, stomach-wise," the actress, 37, told USA Today Tuesday. "It's about rebuilding my immune system.”

Spelling lashed out at the  critics  who have suggested the weight loss is the result of anorexia, bulimia or the like.

"I'm a role model for a lot of women out there, so I hate that they say these things unwarranted, without any research and facts," Spelling said. "I think it's doing a disservice to women out there that look up to any celebrity."

Uncharted TerriTORI is in stores now.
