NEW PHOTOS: Octo-Mom Hits The Beach As Her Financial Problems Grow

Life is a beach for Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman who took her tribe of 14 children to the ocean on June 27 with the help of an army of friends and a nanny.
As these RadarOnline.com photos show, Nadya’s 17-month-old octuplets are walking and we were wondering if they have an Old Navy endorsement deal, or was there just a good sale?
Either way Nadya needs the financial help because she is now living month-to-month with mounting financial pressure, her lawyer Jeff Czech told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“The truth is Nadya is living from month to month right now,” Czech said.
“There are a few deals in the pipeline, that I can’t go into detail about right now, and hopefully these will materialize for her family.
“Fortunately, she does not seem to be getting down about the situation although it does concern me.”
Nadya managed to keep her La Habra home in California after getting a six month extension on her mortgage in April after PETA (People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals) stepped in with a $5000 payment plus free food for her huge family.
But despite the fact that she has made some extra cash this year with various appearances, the mom-of-14 is still in financial trouble..

“I want to do the best for her that I can and make sure her kids are okay too – events like Father’s Day can be tough and we have no legal rights to the biological father of her children being financially responsible for them,” Czech told RadarOnline.com.
“Her story still generates interest and offers from all over the world but we have not signed-off on anything recently.”
Suleman’s living arrangements got complicated after Amer Haddadin sold the house (where Suleman currently lives) to Suleman’s father, Ed Doud, for $565,000 last year with some very specific conditions: they were required to pay monthly payments of $4,139, and a balloon payment of the full $450,000 was due this past March 10th.
When Suleman missed several monthly payments as well as the March balloon payment, Haddadin threatened to foreclose. But he had a change of heart and granted her the half-year extension.

When the controversial mom went head-to-head with chat show queen Oprah Winfrey in April she admitted that having octuplets on top of the six children she already had was "childish."
Suleman explained to Winfrey that she was, "caught-up in a childish desire to have more children" to compensate for being an only child. She was using the children to "fill a void."
She also claimed that she would never do porn or reveal the identity of the father of her 14 kids. “I feel like they are trying to steal a piece of the situation, exploiting me, disrespecting me as a mother, my children," Suleman said about the offer she received to join the adult entertainment industry. “They have offered this three times but it is disrespectful to me as a mother. I would never, never do something like that.”
