The bad boy biker won a court battle against his porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder on Friday, in the couple’s simmering dispute over visitation of daughter Sunny.

As her lawyer was fighting in an OC courtroom, RadarOnline.com confirmed Lindemulder was released from her federal half-way home in Oregon for tax evasion.
She plans to move closer to Sunny back in California with her husband Jeremy Aikman.

However, Lindemulder’s request was denied. She can attempt another bid on June 17.
