Diff’rent Strokes Gary Coleman was conscious but “not with it” when his wife called 911, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Breaking News: Gary Coleman Dead 42

In the call, which is very graphic, Gary’s wife Shannon Price is heard telling the 911 operator that she heard a big bang and sees “blood everywhere.”

DOCUMENTS: Read The Police Report

“I don’t know what happened,” Price says. “I had my husband go make me some food downstairs, he just got home and I heard this big bang. His head is bloody. There’s blood all over the floor. Send someone quick because I don’t know if he’s going to, like, be alive.”

The dispatcher asks if Gary is conscious, to which Shannon says, “He’s moving, making noise, he’s like, bubbling at the mouth.”

Shannon also tells the dispatcher that she didn’t drive Gary to the hospital because she’s sick and has a fever. She also initially refuses to assess her husband’s condition because she gets seizures when she’s stressed and she doesn’t “want to be traumatized.”

Shannon tries repeatedly to tell Gary to put pressure on a cut on the back of the head, but he’s too out of it to follow her directions. At one point she screams at Gary, “Sit down! Sit down!” and it sounds like Gary responds—there is another voice saying something inaudible in the background. “He’s lethargic, I can’t help him,” Price says.

In fact, Shannon and her father were at Gary’s side when the star passed away.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, the funeral for the Diff'rent Strokes star will take place at the end of the week in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coleman’s manager released this statement: “Thanks to everyone for their well wishing and support during this tragic time. Now that Gary has passed, we know he will be missed because of all the love and support shown in the past couple of days. Gary is now at peace and his memory will be kept in the hearts of those who were entertained by him throughout the years.’
