Jake Pavelka's ex, Vienna Girardi, is doing what any good gal does after a bad break-up - she's throwing herself into work!

Radaronline.com spoke exclusively to Vienna's new boss, Leonard Buchanan, who told us she started her new job off right Monday at her marketing gig for a company called Biolustre, and that he's  "really impressed with her" and that "she really wants to dig into the job."  He added, "She told me she is looking for a job where she can use her marketing skills."

According to Buchanan, Vienna's new job is to act as the main point person when it comes to setting up free treatments to cancer patients.

Biolustre's product line helps with hair restoration, and the company has a charitable foundation called the Heart of Biolustre Foundation, which provides free treatments to cancer patients around the country.

Vienna's work backgound is a perfect fit for the company, according to Buchanan. Vienna has done charitable works since her early 20s and that, paired with her marketing skills, makes her a perfect fit.
