Devon James, the 15th mistress of Tiger Woods, is seeking paternity to prove the cheating golfer is the father of her nine-year-old son, Austin Brinling.
James, 29, filed court papers on Thursday requesting for a judge in Manatee County, Florida, to name Woods, 34, as the legal father of Brinling, using James' real name, Melinda Jannette as respondent and Elderick Woods as the petitioner.

She has been trying to get a DNA test for the child, who is currently in the custody of James' mother, Sandra Brinling, but she has not been allowed close to him because of being deemed emotionally unstable, an inside source told RadarOnline.
The court papers aim to legally establish who is the father of the child and ascertain parental responsibility and child support of the minor.
James let details slip of her former affair on the set of an upcoming porn film in Los Angeles, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed. She is said to have had a two-and-a-half year relationship with the number one golfer after he paid $2,000 to have sex with her and another girl. She only realized the resemblance of her son to Tiger following a chance meeting with him six years later, says a source.
Woods is currently playing at the U.S. Open in Pebble Beach, California, where he was patchy on the first day of the tournament, missing some puts that he usually hits and not playing to his former championship-winning standard, and scrambling to keep up with the leaders of the pack.
Wife, Elin, took the couple's two children on vacation to Shanghai, China, as RadarOnline first reported, but is rumored to be considering a family reunion with her husband in California.
