Police spoke with Jeremy London in a Palm Springs hotel Saturday evening, RadarOnline.com can confirm, but what happened at that meeting is the subject of a nasty he said/she said debate. It's all just the latest development in the bizarre case of Jeremy's alleged kidnapping.

One story had the former Party of Five actor out of control at the posh Viceroy Hotel, threatening staff and threatening to kill himself! The hotel, according to rumors, also wanted to evict London for refusing to pay for his room.

Now, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Jeremy's wife, Melissa Cunningham, insists nothing like that occurred.

"It's BS," Melissa says. "The cops did come to the hotel to show Jeremy a book of mug shots so he could identify the other kidnappers. The paparazzi were outside and they had to sneak us into another hotel room."

One man, Brandon Adams, has already been arrested in connection with London's extraordinary story of what he says happened to him overnight June 10 - 11. The actor claims that after getting a flat tire, he was kidnapped by men who forced him to smoke crack!

As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, Jeremy's wife Melissa was in the car with him at the time, and the "kidnappers" even drove her home.  The two, parents to three-year-old son, Lyrik, have had a tumultuous relationship for several years, and Melissa now lives in Palm Springs.

"Jeremy is NOT threatening to kill himself," Melissa insists. "This is Jeremy's bother Jason's girlfriend making this up and spinning it to make Jeremy look bad.

"We are still at the hotel and paid up. We were not kicked out."
