Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price is desperately searching for a fourth will that could end the three-way battle for control of the TV star's estate and remains, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Price was rocked by the revelation that a mystery woman, Anna Gray, filed a will dated February 5, 2005 -- naming her as the executor and beneficiary to Coleman’s estate.

Gray, who lives in Oregon, also filed a petition in court Friday to have Coleman's former manager Dion Mial, named in a 1999 will, removed as the estate's special administrator.

Instead, Gray asked the court to name her as the representative.

However Price’s legal team believe the fourth purported will and testament, if signed, supersedes the 2005 will entered for probate by Gray.

It was also drafted in 2005.

But the problem the 24-year-old faces is that she hasn’t been able to find it, despite attempting a document heist at the Santaquin, Utah, home the couple once shared.

“If we find an executed will, yes that would supersede  the will that named Anna,” Price’s attorney Todd Bradford told RadarOnline.com, before she is to appear in a hearing Monday to discuss Coleman's estate.

“However, the hand written addendum should supersede that will already.”

Last Thursday, Price filed a petition in a Provo, Utah, court to be appointed as the special administrator of the former child actor's estate.

She submitted the unsigned will drawn that names Price as the conservator of his estate.

The petition filed in 4th District Court in Provo said even though Coleman and Price were divorced in August 2008, she was still his common law wife and that she should be the one to make funeral arrangements.

It wasn't publicly known that the two were divorced until after his death.
