Eva Longoria Countersuing Former Restaurant Partners

Eva Longoria isn’t taking being sued by two of her former partners in Beso Las Vegas lying down. Eva is launching a counter-suit, her rep tells RadarOnline.com.
“All allegations against Longoria Parker…and the restaurant are absolutely false, untrue, and without merit,” Eva’s rep Liza Anderson says. “Longoria Parker plans to counter sue the couple in a court of law in order to protect the integrity of the restaurant, its brand, and the welfare and well-being of her employees, as well as her own reputation.”
RadarOnline.com broke the news Monday that Eva, whose Beso restaurant in Hollywood is a smash success, was being sued by two of her partners in her new Beso Las Vegas location. Ronen and Mali Nachim had been brought in to manage the Vegas location, and had a small equity interest in the location.

Ongoing disputes about their management style and concerns over where the investors’ money was going led the Desperate Housewives star and Beso Las Vegas’ other partners to oust the Nachims. On Friday, the Nachums filed a breach of contract suit against Eva.
