Lee Dewyze's visit to his hometown of Chicago earned the American Idol front-runner the chance to report the weather on the local Fox TV station, and RadarOnline.com has the video.
With his crooked smile at the ready, Lee stayed cheery even when heavy clouds were in the forecast.
It is supposed to be a bright, sunny day on Thursday though; the day after the next AI elimination round.
Maybe that's a good omen that the Windy City's favorite sun will make it to the final two.
