Former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, who denies any wrongdoing in the murder of his wife, was asked the toughest question of all on Tuesday afternoon in Beverly Hills: “Who do you think killed Monica?”

But Beresford-Redman, who fled Mexico despite being wanted for questioning over the brutal murder, stayed completely silent.

When confronted by RadarOnline.com reporters Katie Rhames and Amber Goodhand — the first time he has faced questions from journalists — the award-winning television producer refused to comment.

He also dodged another revealing question: whether he plans to attend the memorial for Monica on Sunday.

Monica's nude and battered body was found April 8 in a sewer near the Cancun resort where the couple was vacationing.

Looking calm and relaxed, Bruce was out and about with his father, David, just hours after an incident at his Californian home.

As RadarOnline.com revealed, there were dramatic and ugly scenes at the Rancho Palos Verdes home of Beresford-Redman, when he faced his estranged sister-in-law Jeane Burgos.

Not soon after entering the house, witnesses reported, yelling could be heard.

"Jeane stormed into the house... the next thing you know she came out of the house with one of the children and sped away," a witness told RadarOnline.com.

That child was three-year-old Alec.

"As Jeane was leaving the house she rolled down her window and said, 'Thank-you for watching us!' to the waiting media," the onlooker said.

Last week, the head of the investigative team in Mexico revealed they'd been unable to find Beresford-Redman for questioning.

The TV producer had been involved in an affair that Monica knew about. She'd hoped the Mexican getaway would help heal their troubled marriage.

However, Monica was reported missing after not returning from a shopping trip; her body was later found in a sewer at an up market resort on April 8.

Bruce had been ordered to turn over his passport and remain in Mexico pending the investigation. It is unclear how he was able to return to the U.S.
