Lindsay Lohan’s probation hearing is only days away and instead of preparing for her court date, the 23-year-old Mean Girls star chose to jet off to the Cannes Film Festival where photographers snapped her partying it up and, once again, losing her footing while leaving a restaurant.

In an exclusive new video interview with RadarOnline.com, Lindsay's dad Michael says he’s getting fed up with what he calls the “hypocrisy” and “lies” being put out there by Lindsay’s camp. As for reports that she is in compliance with her court mandatory alcohol classes, Michael says he couldn’t care less.

“The pictures don’t lie. This is my daughter and I love her to death, but this hypocrisy is disgusting. She better get serious with her life because I’m getting fed up,” he exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “I don’t care if she’s in compliance or not. Lindsay needs to get off prescription drugs.  She needs her life back and she won’t get that if she’s not 100 percent clean and sober. That’s where I’ve stood all along and I’m not changing my mind.”

Regarding photos of Lindsay once again losing her footing in Cannes, Michael jokingly said: “She needs to change the shoes she’s wearing, that’s for sure... she stumbles and falls a lot lately.

“Actually, she should go to Koga (Kickboxing and Yoga) with me and get some exercise and balance back into her life.”
