Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was there to introduce his new discovery; and so was Playboy alum Holly Madison who says Hope was her pick to be Playmate Of The Year.
Backstage Hope told RadarOnline.com she's "happy about having people you love and care about being around you.
When I get out there I just want the whole energy about us to be happy and uplifting, so that when you get out there you feel your best because it's a special night."
