Teen queen Demi Lovato is set to hit primetime television on May 13 on Grey's Anatomy. Lovato recently opened up to RadarOnline.com about her experience and about whether she's putting her music career on the back burner to focus on acting.

"My whole experience on Greys was amazing!" Lovato told RadarOnline.com. "I got to work with so many talented people and I'm grateful for the entire experience!"

Lovato, who co-starred in the wildly successful Camp Rock movies, clearly has been bitten by the acting bug.

Demi Lovato Calls New Boyfriend Joe Jonas "Perfect"
"I love acting and will definitely continue to do it for as long as I can!" she added. "It's so much fun getting to play new characters and really challenging myself."
Though Lovato enjoys acting and wants to continue to pursue that aspect of her career, she was adamant about not turning her back on her first love: "I love music and would never give that up. I'm getting ready to do a big tour of South America, and then getting on the road with the Jonas Brothers this summer."
