EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: After Husband Has Two Affairs, David Boreanaz's Wife Says: "Everything Will Work Out Fine"

Bones star David Boreanaz has the support of his wife Jaime Bergman’s family as he publicly tries to work through the aftermath of his infidelities.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Bergman’s mom, Sue Bergman, says the family supports the couple’s decision to stay married—despite Boreanaz’s two affairs.
“It’s not just David and Jaime that want to work through this, it’s everyone that knows and loves them,” Sue told RadarOnline.com. “That’s what family is.”

As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, David went to his mother-in-law directly and confessed to cheating on Jaime (with whom he has two children) prior to going public with the news. Sue described David as being “very remorseful” and said that despite his shocking and hurtful confession, she truly believes that her son-in-law is “a great guy.”

“I don’t know what went wrong, but David is a nice person,” she said. “He’s had a great upbringing and he’s got great parents too.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, David announced on Monday that he had cheated with a woman who tried to extort money from him in exchange for keeping their affair a secret. She has now hired powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred. Boreanaz also had an affair with Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods’ #1 mistress and another Allred client.
Of the affair with Uchitel, Sue Bergman says David and Jaime “never mentioned names.”
“Only they know,” Sue told RadarOnline.com. “It’s a very touchy situation and I’m very emotional about it. I feel like the less I know, the better. But Jaime did tell me, ‘We’re so sorry you’ve been caught up in this but we’re working through this and everything will be fine.’
“I really think this will be fine. I’m glad they’re together.”
