EXCLUSIVE: Explosive New Farrah Fawcett Lawsuit

The bitter legal fight over the documentary Farrah's Story has sparked a new legal battle, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
The producer suing — and being sued — by Farrah Fawcett’s estate has fired back in a new lawsuit, in which he is now suing high-profile Los Angeles law firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, alleging legal malpractice and negligence.
Craig Nevius’ claim was filed last week in the Superior Court of California.
In it, he alleges Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp breached Farrah’s loyalty, breached fiduciary duty and accuses it of despicable conduct and fraud.
He is also suing lawyers Pagnanelli Karis and Kim H. Swartz. Both lawyers and the firm previously represented Fawcett, Nevius and the pair’s production company Sweetened By Risk LLC, which produced Farrah’s Story.

In a separate suit, Nevius is suing Fawcett’s longtime companion, actor Ryan O’Neal and her friend Alana Stewart, claiming it didn’t adhere to the Charlie’s Angel’s wishes and improperly cut him out of the process.
He has also claimed the trustee of Fawcett’s estate has withheld money from some of the actress’ beneficiaries, including her father.
Nevius, a one-time Fawcett confidant, also alleged the lawsuit against him filed by trustee Richard B. Francis is a misuse of the actress’ money.
Nevius is not seeking any money from Fawcett’s estate, he has previously stated.
