Brittany Murphy’s brother Tony Bertolotti has exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he was "not shocked" to learn about the sudden death of her husband Simon Monjack.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Monjack died in the house he shared with Brittany and her mother Sharon Murphy. It was Sharon who called 911 after finding Monjack unconscious Sunday night.

Despite attempts to resuscitate him by the emergency services, Monjack, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene. While the cause of death has yet to determined, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has said it appears he died of "natural causes." The Los Angeles Police Department says it found no signs of foup play or suicide.

Bertolotti said: “I wasn’t shocked to be honest. Monjack had all his wagons circled and he couldn’t do it any longer.

“I didn’t have a reaction to the news. The guy was insane he tried to keep my father’s name off (Murphy's) the death certificate.

“When I told my dad Angelo about the news he felt he same way. We are sad for my sister not for him.

“That’s two out of three people that have died living in that house within six months. When are people going to open their eyes about what was going on there?

“Our family thinks that this thing will still blow-up,  and that the truth will eventually come-out about our sister.

“At this time we have no sympathy for her mother as she went along with what Simon Monjack wanted. Our thoughts and prayers are for Brittany Murphy.”

VIDEO INTERVIEW: L.A. County Ass't Coroner Ed Winter Talks About Monjack Death

Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said Monjack was found in the master bedroom, and "there were no illicit drugs located -- just precipitation medications," though he declined to reveal which specific medications were found.

Monjack's final interview was given to RadarOnline.com on May 13, where he showed off the gravestone he picked out for Murphy and discussed the public’s perception of his late wife.

“I think it’s time for everybody to realize,” Monjack said, “that Brittany was just an incredibly happy, precious angel that lives on through her fans and in our hearts.”
