In the episode, which was recorded a few weeks ago on Josie's actual due date, mom Michelle spent quality time in the hospital with her preemie, and said  that she's happy because when Josie was born, she couldn't hold cuddle or feed her, and now she's able to.

Michelle said Josie was "bigger" and "doing much better," adding that she herself has been spending more time in the hospital with her newfound ability to nurture the child the way a mother does.
