Tiger Woods was spotted talking with a realtor in his Orlando-based headquarters on Wednesday.

Woods, who has been staying at his family home in Orlando while his wife Elin is in Sweden with their kids, spoke with the Weichert Realtors agent for about 20 minutes.

About an hour after the realtor left, the golf icon was snapped leaving his house with an unidentified woman. Woods then walked back to his car holding his cell phone and some paperwork.

This news comes in the wake of reports that Elin recently met with a divorce lawyer and continues to establish her independence from Woods.
