Tiger Woods will hold his first full-fledged news conference Monday since his cheating scandal exploded last November, and RadarOnline.com has all the details for you.

Woods will speak to a sea of reporters from the Augusta National interview room in Georgia at 2 p.m. EST Monday, proceeding his return into golf competition in this week's Masters Tournament.

Woods first addressed the scandal 45 days ago -- reading a contrite 13 minute statement in front of family, friends and close associates -- but the golfing great was widely criticized because the carefully-staged media event did not allow for reporters to ask any questions.

In subsequent interviews with the Golfing Channel and ESPN on March 21st, Woods limited the interviews to five minutes, which did not allow for in depth questioning.

In preparation for return to golf at the Masters, Woods showed up in Augusta on Sunday, and played nine holes of golf; his wife Elin was not with him, as RadarOnline.com was first to report.

In fact, Woods and Elin have not been photographed together for quite some time.  Last Friday, Elin took her son 13-month-old son Charlie to a tennis match in Key Biscayne, Florida and had lunch with tennis champ Roger Federer, his wife and their two kids.   As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Elin has since returned home to the Orlando area  while Tiger is at the Masters.

Golf icon Arnold Palmer had words of advice for Woods last week, saying the father-of-two should “open up and just let the media shoot questions at him.”

On-site practice for the Masters Tournament begins Monday, while official play commences Thursday.
