Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz is usually well aware of the ever present presence of photographers, often playing around with them by wearing masks. On Wednesday however, the rocker forgot his role in the public eye and was snapped breaking the law, and RadarOnline.com has the pics!
After stopping by a Starbucks with a friend, Wentz hopped into his new black Mercedes. Despite the cutting-edge ride, he was missing one key piece of technology: bluetooth. Wentz broke California law by driving while talking on his cell phone.
