Lawyer: Jesse James Wants To Save Marriage To Sandra Bullock

Jesse James wants to save his marriage to Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock, but is a “broken man,” says his friend and lawyer Joe Yanny.

“This whole thing has destroyed Jesse's entire universe. Right now, he's a broken man," Yanny told the Associated Press. "Jesse is in love with Sandra. The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive."

And as for those cheating rumors that have the marriage in jeopardy?

"The allegations back and forth about what happened – those are private matters to be resolved between a husband and a wife," Yanny said. "It's not appropriate for a public airing."

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, James -- desperate to save his marriage -- offered to enter rehab even though Bullock said she didn’t care; he is currently undergoing treatment at an Arizona rehab clinic for sex rehabilitation.
