Update: Tiger Woods has made his first semi-public appearance, at Augusta National in Georgia.
On-course sources report the world’s number one golfer arrived with little fanfare – and without his wife, as RadarOnline.com was first to reveal.
He practiced with about a dozen players on the new practice range, after arriving at 1.40pm Eastern.
His long-time caddie, Steve Williams, was at his side.
Tiger was wearing a lavender shirt and sunglasses.
The course was not open to the public.
Early on Sunday morning, Tiger left his mansion in Windermere, Florida, for The Masters and his much-anticipated return to world golf.
Spurned wife Elin Nordegren was not with him and is not expected to join him at the prestigious tournament.
“She did not even say goodbye to Tiger,” revealed a RadarOnline.com insider.

Late last week, she escaped to Key Biscayne for two-days – without Tiger – to watch tennis at the Sony Ericsson Open event.
She returned late on Friday night and avoided all contact with her philandering husband, a source revealed.

Tiger is scheduled to face the media in a pre-tournament press conference on Monday.
The tournament itself gets underway later in the week, on Thursday.
It has also emerged Tiger will be protected by a virtual army of up to 90 private bodyguards, including former Secret Service and FBI agents as well as armed deputies.
Concerned he could be confronted by one of his sexual conquests, Woods has assembled the unprecedented security and even distributed photos to the bodyguards of his alleged lovers to ensure they're on the lookout.
The most vocal, porn star, Joslyn James has threatened to picket the tournament with friends using megaphones.
"None of these girls are allowed anywhere near him," a security guard told Britian's Sunday Mail.
