Singer fired off a letter to Nguyen’s attorneys Wednesday calling the complaint “outrageous and unlawful.” Singer says it’s a violation of the confidentiality agreement and is demanding that it be immediately dismissed, and be settled in arbitration.

Nguyen’s attorney William Waldo responded to in an email to Singer: "I read the letter you e-mailed last night. Please tell Steven Seagal two things. First, the cheap shot threats that might have intimidated other victims and their lawyers don't phase me. Save your ink.

"Second, Ms. Nguyen's claims are not going away. Five other victims called me yesterday."

Steven Segal’s Show Suspends Filming

Singer says that email was sent to the media at the same time it was sent to his office. “It appears her lawyers are more interested in getting publicity than arbitrate the complaint,” Singer said while complaining that Waldo “never responded to the two issues in the letter,” referring to arbitration and violation of the confidentiality agreement.

As for the five other victims, Singer says “no one has made claims other than this joker!”

After the lawsuit was filed on Monday, filming of his hit A&E reality TV show was suspended, RadarOnline.com has learned.

And since the alleged harassment took place in New Orleans, Jefferson Parish Sheriff, Newell Normand invited Nguyen to contact the department and file a complaint against Seagal, so he can launch a criminal investigation into the matter.
