Seagal is being sued by Kayden Nguyen who alleges he sexually harassed her and that he is involved in sexual trafficking of females.

Singer has contended all along that the action belongs in arbitration not Los Angele Superior court and on Thursday he went to court with an ex parte application to freeze the lawsuit until a hearing to determine if the entire action should be removed into arbitration. Singer won that motion.
