EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: Family In Mexico To Claim Body of Survivor Producer's Dead Wife

The family of Monica Beresford-Redman has arrived in Cancun, Mexico to reclaim her body, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Monica’s sister Jeane Burgos and their mother Ely arrived in the vacation city Tuesday at 8 p.m. and were greeted by a swarm of Mexican press covering the high profile case.  “We love my sister and we want justice,” Jeane said, “So we want to make sure this is going to be accomplished.”

Ely, wearing sunglasses, was visibly grieving for her daughter who was found dead April 8 in a sewer outside the luxury Moon Palace hotel, where she was vacationing with her husband Bruce. It was later revealed by Mexican officials her cause of death was asphyxiation and suffocation.

Bruce, who was a producer for Survivor, The Contender and Pimp My Ride, was at first arrested in connection with her murder, but later released under the condition that he that stay in Mexico.  RadarOnline.com first reported that Bruce is the only suspect in the case.

The women spent four hours talking to investigators offering their own information including documents and emails sent between Monica and Bruce. They also gave insight into the couple’s troubled marriage.

The family, which is of Brazilian ancestry, was accompanied by the Brazilian Consulate when they arrived at Assistant Attorney General Rodolfo Garcia Pliego’s office.

They spent four hours filing paperwork in order to take Monica’s remains back to the United States for a proper burial.

The officials told the family they will contact the Attorney General’s office to find out if the DNA results are complete, which could happen as early as Wednesday.

As RadarOnline.com reported, authorities are expected to make an arrest once the DNA results come in. Monica’s sister, Jeana, says she’s confident she will get justice in Mexico.
