Doug Reinhardt certainly isn't staying at home mending a broken heart following his split from hotel heiress Paris Hilton.

"Doug is dating this really, really cool girl called Whitney," a source close to Doug tells RadarOnline.com. "She's adorable and he's pretty crazy about her.
"She's a small town, really low-key and sweet, funny girl who works in pharmaceuticals and they have known each other for years.
"Doug and Whitney have been friends and remained platonic while he was dating Paris - but after Doug finished with Paris he and Whitney reconnected and realized their feelings ran deeper than just friends.
"Doug was in Dallas the last few days for work and he flew back in to town on Friday, and she was right there behind him. He took her to Boa on Friday night to introduce her to some of his friends.
