EXCLUSIVE: Duchess Of York Sarah Ferguson Sued By Law Firm

Great Britain’s Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, has always seemed to have a problem with keeping her checkbook balanced – it was reported that at one time she was around $7.6 million in debt!
Now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Fergie, 50, is once again in financial hot water, and is being sued by London-based Legal firm Davenport Lyons for unpaid attorney fees.
The Duchess’ case was listed in the Daily Register of Claims for the Queen’s Bench, just last week.

It seems the Duchess’ appetite for an extravagant lifestyle just keeps increasing with age. News of her upcoming legal battle is just the latest in a long line of disasters to strike the flame haired Brit’s life.
Last year it was revealed Prince Andrew’s ex-wife had endured the collapse of her American Lifestyle and wellness company, Hartmoor, with debts of more than £630,000 ($956,000).

It also emerged that she was being pursued by several creditors in the United Kingdom too.

At the same time it was revealed that three separate firms had taken county court action to force her to pay bills amounting to more than £22,000 ($33,300).
The revelations led to suggestions that she had been forced to cancel plans to celebrate her landmark 50th birthday with a large-scale bash because of her cash crisis.

Following her divorce from Prince Andrew in 1996, she worked impressively hard to clear her debts, securing lucrative endorsement contracts with firms including Wedgewood and WeightWatchers but these have all recently been disbanded.
