The number-one fitness craze in Tinseltown doesn't involve a ballet barre, pole, or single om. Across Los Angeles, celebrities like Yvonne Strahovski are doing sports-inspired workouts such as this one, designed by Yvonne's Beverly Hills trainer, Michelle Lovitt.
