Actor/comedian Richard Belzer said he never choked a female Apple Store employee during his appearance on The Joy Behar Show Thursday, and RadarOnline.com has the clip for you.
On Wednesday, 21-year-old Milan Agnew called 911 and filed a harassment complaint against the 65-year-old Law & Order: SVU star, claiming he choked her inside the store.
Belzer told Behar he is a frequent customer at the Manhattan Apple Store and usually impressed by the staff's helpfulness. He said he was waiting in the customer service area of the store for a few minutes when Agnew walked up to him and offered her help.
He then demonstrated what he did to Agnew on Behar -- a move he described as “most innocuous, non-threatening gesture you could ever imagine" -- and gently put his hands on her shoulders, asking for help.
Belzer said that about ten minutes later, five New York police officers showed up to inform him about the complaint. They watched the store film, Belzer said, and cleared him of any wrongdoing, telling him the employee “had some kind of agenda.”

Belzer said he “hopes the girl gets help.”
Ironically, this is not Belzer’s first choking scandal in The Big Apple: the comic settled a lawsuit against wrestler Hulk Hogan after a March 1985 incident in which the grappler injured Belzer on the set of his old talk show, Hot Properties, with a chokehold.
The Joy Behar Show airs at 9/8c all week on HLN.
