Travel To Terranea

Terranea.  The name conjures up visions of a sun-bleached Italian villa overlooking vineyards, if it weren’t for the breath-taking coastal views of the Pacific. The luxurious new resort is situated on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in California, where the old Marine land used to be, and boasts world-class accommodations, impeccable service, and a wonderful salt water pool, outside bars with fireplaces, golf, and spa – everything you would ever want. The old-world elegance doesn’t come with an attitude however; the feeling is relaxed and friendly.

The hotel was built to take advantage of the idyllic setting, with hikes and trails throughout the property. Featuring 3 main restaurants, including the up-scale mar'sel, and casual grills for a snack around the pool or at the spa, there’s something for everyone.

The 102 acre resort is also a wedding favorite, as we saw this last weekend when the Bachelor Jason Mesnick got married to his lady-love, Molly Malaney in a torrential rain fall!
