Roseanne Barr’s obsession with the death of Marie Osmond’s son continues: she is now asking his friends to contact her, RadarOnline.com has learned.
On Wednesday, two days after Michael’s funeral, Roseanne wrote on her blog Roseanne’s World, “I hope Michael’s friends will contact me here. The truth about his life needs to come out.”
Roseanne first stirred up controversy when she suggested that the Mormon Church’s anti-gay position was responsible for 18-year-old Michael Bryan (Michael Blosil) jumping to his death February 26 in Los Angeles.
Although family and friends have not discussed this sexuality, Roseanne wrote on her blog March 4th “Marie Osmond’s poor gay son killed himself, .He had been told how wrong and how sick he was every day of his life by his church and the people in it. Calling that ‘depression’ is a lie!”
Because of public outrage, Roseanne toned down her message and in a later blog expressed more sympathy for Marie.
“I see Marie Osmond as a decent and strong woman,” she wrote, “who can make a huge change in her sphere one day. “
