The Bachelor Jake Pavelka gave his partner Chelsie Hightower a symbolic rose to start off their Viennese Waltz. On his blog, Jake says “this week in preparation I have been icing down joints and taking advantage of massages from Vienna (Girardi). She’s been such a trooper.”

“Next week it’s the Latin Jive,” he writes, “it’s a really quick highenergy dance. So today its back to 6 plus hours in the studio.”
