Nadya lives in La Habra, outside of Los Angeles, with her octuplets and her six other children, but she may soon be homeless because a convoluted home deal involving her father Ed.

Amer Haddadin told KABC Channel 7, Los Angeles that he sold the home to Ed Suleman in 2009, but agreed to carry the $450,000 loan for a year. He says the Sulemans have paid the mortgage late for the last three months, and still haven’t paid for the month of March.

“What they are doing to me is not right, and I’m going to take it to the court for foreclosure,” he said to the TV station. But what’s worse, he says, “They are not cooperating with me; the loan came up March 10th.”

Octo-Mom’s attorney Jeffrey Czech says “she may be the victim in all this.” He pointed out that Nadya’s father bought the house and is leasing it to her. “There are issues between her father and the seller that they are hoping to resolve,’ Czech said.
